The room size was huge and the bed was comfy. , the location was great because it was close to the main attractions and we didn't have to worry about transportation. there was a lovely view from the window.
The worst part of our stay was the loud noise coming from other rooms and the quality of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom was unclean and smelled bad.

The hotel is excellently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely white bed linen. the staff is very welcoming and helpful, giving great advice on what to do and see around the area. Also included is a basic kitchenette where you can make your own breakfast.
The matrass might be too firm if you prefer a soft bed.

The room at Charmant had a slight odor, but we opened the window and it was fine. Despite the slight inconvenience, the spacious and well-equipped room made up for it. The location was great, with many dining options nearby and easy access to the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The shower in our room was a bit dated and had some stains, and we couldn't seem to control the direction of the water properly. the room had a smoker scent that was a bit unpleasant.
